There will be pasta for dinner tonight.
Ella did almost all the cranking of the machine and fed a lot through herself. It really is so easy and yet it's been years since I made some. I checked the box and I received my machine as a gift for my 21st, all those years ago.

Oh thank you for the pasta inspiration, it's been years since I've had my pasta machine out too but I'm getting it out for a whirl now!
That is a good idea - it has been ages sice we used ours - I recall the problem being the pasta kept sticking together before we put in the boiling water... Someone did tell me to just do it straight over the pan so the pasta goes straight in...
WIll pull it out and let the kids have a go again.
my machine mysteriously wasn't in storage when we came back from the uk??? and guess when I got mine?!!!
your pasta looks lovely (as does your sourdough) and tell Ella she did a great job!
