Our first morello cherry harvest yielded a whopping 154g with the pits in!  Lightly poached in a sugar syrup they have made their way into a crumb cake.  So, so satisfying to do so with your own fruit - happy chappy here!

Oh you will enjoy every gram of those cherries, minus the pips.

Despite a small yield you are right that every ounce of home grown goodness is....well good.
