The spirit lives on



The Anzac biscuit, do only Australians and Kiwis know their origins, or supposed origins, by this name at least?

I feel I should feel embarassed about showing how badly I care for some of my kitchenwares, as witnessed by the state of one of these biscuit trays. Not sure what it says about me that I'm not, embarassed that is, or at least not too much to share.

Could I have one of those, please? I am having my lunch right now and something sweet would go nice with the rest that I have.
I use baking paper to cover my trays so that they don't get that dirty and you don't have to scrub all that burnt fat off them.

I went to Wikipedia to know more about those biscuits and it was very interesting. I like when food and culture go together. Thanks to you Victoria, I learned something today!
