She's an actual person and she lives in Melbourne. On RRR some time last year, one of their call ins was looking for Melbourne people with unusual names. A couple of people called in saying they one knew Polly Esther Cotton, and eventually she called in to the station.
I only like wearing cotton to bed, or silk, but I find it hard to find like items for the girls, so we made our own. We're now waiting for warm nights.

Pretty pattern are these pj's, did you make these too? There's something so nice about fresh washing hanging on a line in the sun.
This is crazy I know but I look at your picture and acually miss my washing line. No-one here has one..( because of the weather I suppose)..and to see that washing bowing on the breeze makes me homesick. Nice PJ's too
Hi Victoria
I wrote that song for my father in his 64th birthday.
I like the fabrics of these pyjamas.
Greetings from Santiago de Chile.
I knew of someone called Ivy Plant.
Lovely! Pretty pattern, love it.
All clothes I wear daily are made of cotton, the only ones made of polyester are those that I wear for hiking.
I know of a man and his brother here on the island with terrible names. His name is 'Harry Hole' and his brother is 'Doug Hole'. I am not kidding. What would cause a parent to dislike their poor sweet babes so much as to call them such terrible names?
Polly Esther Cotton is pretty cute, though....
